Check yourself
Testicular cancer is one of the illnesses both Movember and No-Shave November raise awareness for, so make sure you’re checking yourself for any early signs.
If you’re a fan of manscaping, check for any lumps while you’re down there. Otherwise, get into the habit of checking yourself in the shower at least once a week.
Don’t be afraid of the Doctor
Regular doctor appointments should be scheduled, no matter your age. Whether there’s a lump you want to get checked out, or you’re just not feeling well, your doctor is there to help.
Check in with your friends
Start the conversation telling your friends about the No-Shave November cause, and talk to them about how they’re doing—like, really doing. Speaking up and having someone listen to how you’re feeling can be a solid source of support.
